Setting pvr250 capture volume?

I'm having trouble getting the volume levels to match between various components. For example between my VCR and SageTV. So when I switch back and forth the volume has to be changed. Currently I have the windows system volume and the SageTV volume set to the max and it is still too quiet relative to other components. I use my reciever for user volume control BTW.

From my previous MythTV days I know that it is possible to set the capture volume level of the PVR cards. Which was how I fixed the issue there.

Anyone know how to do this in Windows and/or Sage?
