It's hard to give a good answer without knowing anything about your Sage installation. In general, my experience has been to AVOID any 32-bit versions from v9.1.10 and later, due to increased Java heap (memory) usage. Best to switch to the 64-bit version of Sage.

And how to do it? Can I just install over the current files? Will I loose my setting and DTS setup? Please Advise.

Upgrading from your 32-bit v9.1.5 to a newer 32-bit version will preserve all existing settings.
On the other hand, upgrading from 32-bit to 64-bit is a bit more complicated, but still possible to preserve settings (depending on your existing config). Some useful info in the first post of this thread: https://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63009
