New version of XMLTV plugin

just wondering about this plugin.

does it work faster than the original one? has anyone implemented it to support the full range of xmltv??

put the xmltv.dtd (from the XMLTV package) in the SAGETV program directory...

There are several links for XMLTV in the Sage Wiki (see my sig) including a link to a plugin tester that allows you to test plugins outside of Sage

Xercesimpl.jar is installed, together with whole xerces-2_6_2 package.

After copying these files to the Java directory /lib/ext, do I have to initiate the package in some way?

I installed the latest Java jre1.5.0_02, but had the same error message with version j2re1.4.2_06.
