Sage file naming

I've just installed SageTV in a docker and am trying to get things set up the same way I had before on my old windows box.

One of the things I'm seeing is that Sage is writing files without spaces in the file names:

ChristmasCookieChallenge-S01E01-ChristmasFamilyFun-74771-0

previously I had something set up that would name things more like what I'm wanting to do:

Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell and Back - S01E07 - Patrick Molloy's - 14970878-0.mpg

Can someone tell me what setting I might need to use to get these spaces back? I'm wanting to use Sage to record and use Plex to view the recordings but it certainly will prefer the recordings with the spaces in them.

Many thanks to you guys!
