USB woes

I have two HD PVRs that I'm using in the SageTV docker. At times one HD PVR is showing connecting at "full speed" while the other shows connecting at "high speed." The result is I can record normally on one and not on the other. They are both connected directly to the mother board so I'm puzzled at the difference. I think this may be an IOMMUO issue but I'm at a loss at how to trouble shoot. I've attached a sys log. Any suggestions ?

SOLVED It turns out that I had failed to designate my recording drive, which is a SSD mounted as an "unassigned device" as a slave in the container. Now it seems all is well. I guess the HD PVR can operate at high speed and not full speed.

I have had intermittent USB problems with (2) HDPVR1212's over the years. I have both of mine isolated to USB 2.0 ports right on the motherboard. Once in a while, when I plug a USB hard drive into the USB 3.0 ports, also on the motherboard, one of the HDPVR's will drop. This was significantly more frequent when I had a Colossus1 Pcie in the same machine, for reasons that I simply can't explain.
