Late Install on the Hauppauge IR Remote

Hey all,
I initially decided not to install the IR remote that came with my PVR-250, but now I'm trying to install it. I can't get SAGE to recognize it, and some buttons are linked to the WinTV2000 app. Anyone know the fastest way to disable the WinTV2000 links and get it so I can teach the remote the SAGE commands?

That remote uses a file called irremote.ini, found in your Windows directory, for configuration. To set it up for SageTV, see the 3rd post of the 'basics' link in my sig lines, below.
