Sage Channel config.

Hello all,
I just finished setting up my HTPC and am having a small problem.
I have two BEV 3100 satt boxes and when I try to remove stations from one tuner the stations also gets removed from the second tuner.
I would like to run certain stations from each box separately.
How do you add/remove the stations from each individual tuner/satt?

Thanks.

Unfortunately, I do not think this is possible. Channels are assigned by lineup and not by individual tuners. I would love to have this functionality as well, but have yet to figure out an easy way to do it.

Anyone else doing this?

I.

I would like to know why you would want to do this? There may be better ways to accomplish what you are trying to do.

I think you can trick SageTV into what you want to do, but it is not clear cut and may be more work than it is worth. If you can find another input source for the EPG data with the channels you want for one of the tuners, you can use that for one of the tuners. You would then have to remap the channels as needed for the similar input. You could then delete the channels from the real input for the other channel. Basically, you would be telling SageTV that you have two different inputs, but you really don't.

"I think you can trick SageTV into what you want to do"

Thanks...seems to be working ok for now. I used the East + West BEV EPG and was able to remove individual channels from either tuner.
