Who's responsible for Guide ?
As subject mentions , who's responsible for correct TV listing in guide ? I ask becasue it's constantly wrong on Dish - USA channel 137 , which is FX channel. As of this wring Dish network lists Fear Factor from 12 - 1 am ( and it is on ) where guide says Paid programming. Becasue of this i've missed Fear factor two days in a row .... should they get their act in check and fix this ?

The data can only be corrected by Tribune, but the problems should be reported to Frey. See this post #13 for what information is needed and where to report.
