ATI eHome

Hello -

I've been trying to get Sage to help, but that's going nowhere.

I have a new box set up with a 350 and 2 ehomes. The 350 works fine w/ all sage functions. However when i add the eHomes as an input to sage, they don't work. Sage reportd them as installed and functional, however when I record something using them, I either get a black screen or an MPEG decoder error.

Sould someone who has eHomes up and going let me know their configurations/menu settings/decoders?

Thanks -

andy

This was supposed to be fixed in version 2.0.20, but the fix for this problem for version 2.0.19 is a registry edit which can be found in this thread, and may still be applicable.

I also have a 350 and an e-home and this registry mod did the trick for me.

I'm having the same problem. My AverMedia M150 works great, but my eHome behaves exactly as you describe. Please let me know if you solve this problem.
