WoW Plex add direct 3rdparty TV Tuner support

And I heard they just add the WinTV quadHD to but not on the list right now nor do I have access to the beta

They are certainly making progress over there. It's interesting to see this kind of product evolve into solutions that already exist. I know you have to take these things one step at a time and I'm curious if they will take this in any particularly good directions.
