Future/Past episode search failing after 1000

Am I missing a setting somewhere? When I see something in my recording schedule that I want to set for an alternate airing on shows with long histories the Show Future/Past episodes is failing at 1000 episodes and won't show any more. However if it is a favorite and I go into the favorite options and use "additional airings" it shows all of the airings past 1000.

In detailed settings/customize I have changed the "Maximum results per search" to 2000 and yet even after a reboot of the machine and it still showing 2000 the future/past airings still stop at 1000.

Is there another setting somewhere that I'm missing? I'm using the stock UI and only a few add ons, none of which should have any effect on this.

This is on my old WHS v1 machine which as of today is still using the original EPG which is why it has such a long history for certain shows. On my other machine using the SD-EPG the history isn't long enough for it to show up since I've only been running it a couple weeks.

Yes. If you're using extenders you need to manually edit the properties file. Refer to Jeff's post here:

Thanks, I"ll give that a look. So it isn't showing me the extenders setup info on the extender, but the servers properties? Seems odd and a bit confusing.

Are there any plugins that would allow me to remotely set the client/extenders settings in detailed setup on the extender rather than having to find a chair, sitting down at the server, shutting down SageTV service and manually editing the file. I suppose I could do it through a remote desktop session.

Thanks, that was the ticket. I changed mine to 5000 and can now see all the airings of some of the long running shows that air daily.
Still the way it shows on the extender UI does not make it intuitive at first glance.
