Jukebox questions

I have a couple of questions regarding the Jukebox.

1. Is there a way to make playlists--meaning multiple ones. As I see it now, I can only have one and keep adding songs to that playlist.
2. How to you skip songs in the playlist. I have the ATI remote and there is no 'skip' button. If i use the up/down arrows it just brings up the mini guide (I am using mlbdude's STV).
3. This kind of goes along with 1: If I choose 'show playlist' it does what it says...show's me the playlist. But, is there any way to select a song you want to go to. For example--if I scroll down to the 5th song and click on it--it asks me if I want to delete it or not--it doesn't start playing as I would expect it to.

-I know that you can use an external player (and this may be more appropriate for the customizations forum), but to anyone who uses one--is it integrated well? I just like having it all nice and smooth.
