time line screwed up

I just finished copying over all my recordings tonight and a lot of files have screwed up times lines this also include files I recorded last night to the unraid array. I tried what narflex suggested in another thread with re scanning the files and setting enable_hotplug_storage_detector=false, but the time line is still screwed up. I downloaded videoredo and ran one the files through it and that didn't help. I also tried the touch command which I may be using wrong. (touch -a blind*.mpg). These files all play fine in VLC and worked on the old windows server. Any idea what to try now. Is this a linux file system problem. I'm just wondering since the recordings from last where also messed up. I used place shifter and save teh log file out hope it helps.

Does ffmpeg run from a command line? Sage uses that to determine media lengths.

I finally jut copied the dhows I was having problems with to the import directory, deleted the originals and reimported them then used manage meta data to make the recording instead of imports everything is fine that way. THe other thing I found out there where a couple files that where -1.ts, -2.ts and for some reason sage was not finding them So I joined the files and imported them also. A lot of extra work but got it fixed. Thanks for the reply and all the files played in several different players and the touch command did not help.
