Multiple Tuner Cards Support?
Is there interest in (by users or Sage) for supporting multiple Tuner Cards in SageTV? This sounds like a bit of work to get the EPG & GUI to be able to manage multiple Tuner Cards, but it seems like this would be ideal.

It's in the works. I'm very much looking forward to it myself!

"It's in the works."
I'm going to hold off buying sagetv for now because user interface look and feel are important to me, but supporting multiple tuner cards would push me over the edge early...

Our CEO actually uses a multi-tuner setup at the present time; but it's not all integrated into the SageTV application. It requires running SageTV and SageRecorder in parallel. He can elaborate more on user experience with this. And I can elaborate on any other questions related to it.

That sounds great. The obvious thing I'm looking for is that it would roll any conflict recordings to the second tuner automatically. Your product would be the first PC based pvr on the market to support such a thing if you can pull it off.

That's our goal! Right now I schedule any conflicts that I can't resolve in SageTV in SageRecorder so I at least get the show recorded with my second tuner.
