FYI... Moved some SourceForge packages to BinTray

Since sourceforge was failing, I moved Jetty, MobileWeb, common-io, and few other packages that are no longer maintained to BinTray. Hopefully this will fix some the plugin issues that have been happening lately because sourceforge is horrible hosting provider

You can update, or just wait... basically for newer installs where people have been having issues installing various plugins because some the files are hosted on sourceforge.

Yes, likely this will show as being updated (even though they haven't been really updated, just moved).

This will likely be my last contribution for about 30-45 days I'm tied up with another non-sagetv project for at least 30 days

Thank you for doing this, Sean. We'll still be here in a month or two.
