Plugin for cCloud TV?

Is anyone developing a SageTV v7 or v9 plugin for streaming cCloud TV?

From what I've quickly Googled, it looks like Aereo, but for every live TV broadcast available. Essentially, if a channel is being streamed online--somewhere, somehow--this site is probably trying to make it available to you.

I'd say no one around these parts is going to be working on a plugin for this.

There is WebFeedEncoder which may work for some streams.
