PVR 250 Purchased from Sage won't work
Can someone please help me? I really don't want to wait 72 hours for tech support.
The Hauppauge 250 card I bought from Sage as a bundle with the software does not work.
I've already spent 30 minutes on the phone with Hauppauge.
It will install the drivers, but when you try to install the rest of the Hauppauge stuff, it says it cannot see the card. The drivers show up correctly in Device Manager, but the application will not see the card. We've uninstalled, rebooted about a dozen times, we'v echanged PCI slots, you name it, we've done it.
As a last resport, the Hauppague tech asked me to install Sage to see if it would run, it did and asked me to pick the video capture device, which said was "Hauppague Win-TV PCI II Capture" However the next screen, which asked to pick the input showed nothing and gave no choices.
Why doesn't Sage have a phone number to talk to a human being?
I've spent a lot of money and it's doing nothing at the moment.
