2.0.20 Client locks

I've taken all the info I could gather here and from other similar posts and passed it on to support. With luck, this problem will be solved in an upcoming v2.1 release.

We all must remember though that this specific problem is pretty low on the list compared to all the problems with the PVR-350 and Roslyn right now.

I am SURE Frey Tech. (and especially Jeff) are doing their best at trying to get all these problems fixed as quickly as possible.

And, of course, it would not be logical to put out another release to fix just this one problem without fixing as many others as possible.

Hang in there people... "Mission control is aware of the problem(s)". Unfortunately Frey doesn't have the staff that NASA had to bring back Apollo 13, so this trip may take a bit longer.
