EPG Data with Linux Version
A few years ago I purchased a Linux OEM version license for SageTV. Never got to do much with it and was hoping to use the license key to get EPG data.
I installed the latest version on Ubuntu from the downloads section and while running through the setup I can't connect to the Sage EPG servers. I created the activkey with my Linux key in it and stuck it in /opt/sagetv/server like the instructions said to do. Also went through the firewall settings ensuring the ports were open, even stuck the server in the DMZ and still couldn't connect. Any ideas? Could it be because I made the activkey as root maybe?

Never mind, I had to have my key white listed and it works now.
