Well I've done my searches, and no clear answer.

The ATV HD card is Janus and works with Sage (Alpha, for a while).

The myHD120 uses a Janus.

I see threads/posts about myHD working with Sage. But they dont actually say using the myHD tuner with Sage.

The posts could be interpeted as myHD compatable in same machine with wintuner or using Sage to tune/run Sage program on/thru myHD.

Could someone please clarify so I can purchase just Sage for use with myHD120, or get a bundle with a wintuner? ( I know the myHD with Sage wont do HD record/playback). Just want sdtv with Sage thru myHD to upconvert/scale

Also, If I need a wintuner with Sage, can I get a wintv350, and run Sage thru the 350, then thru myHD120 to upconvert/scale Sage sdtv?

Currenly Sage doesn't support any HD cards, sorry the ADTV was experimental in 1.4 but no longer works with 2.0 AFAIK.

As for posts about the MyHD, I think they were all referring to the MyHD coexisting with Sage as opposed to working in Sage. AFIAK, Sage doesn't work with the MyHD in any way.

As to your last question, I can't give you a definitive answer, all I can say is that if Sage and the MyHD app can run simultaneously, and if the MyHD can scale an incomming S-Video signal, then yes you should be able to run the 350 into the MyHD as you describe. However, if you have an HDTV, which I'm assuming you do, I would not recommend the 350, it has too many limitations, and too many problems for too many people. I would just get a 250 and deinterlace/scale in software/graphics card to either a separate input on your HDTV, or loopback through the MyHD.

Oh, and if you want to see HD in Sage, be sure to vote, it's not official or anything but if there's enought support I'd bet HD will happen.

But damn, I can live without the HD PVR capabilities (for a short while ), but I didnt want to have to change programs for casual viewing.

Guess its a 250/ros thru the ati for now!
