@jpwegas, have you had a chance to work on the write up? My HDPVR2's are proving to be unstable attached to a Windows VM in Unraid, so I think I'm going to have to move them to another system. I think I want to try this first before moving them to a separate Windows system.

Thanks. Would you mind posting the executable so I can try it? It doesn't look like I can build it as "sudo apt-get ..." doesn't work due to a different package manager setup. So far I've been unable to determine how to get around it.
