Synology DS415play NAS as SageTV server

This new(ish) Synology NAS has a dual Atom processor with a lot more grunt than the other DS series boxes. It also claims to support USB tuners.

Anyone think it might be possible to run the Linux version of SageTV on it & use an HD200/300 as a client?

I too am interested in this. I have a DS1815+ and would like to run a headless SageTV server on it with network OTA tuners (SiliconDust, etc). Has anyone taken a look at this?

Does it run Docker... if so, you might be able to use the Docker SageTV Image that is available... Docker is how I run sagetv on my unRAID server.

I did find this tutorial and your model is listed.

I do think that having a few users document their installs on the commercial Nas'es would be a great benefit to new users. I think that all the newer qnap units support docker also. The docker version has been very stable running on my unraid nas.
