Client 6.6.2 download needed please!
Hi all, I need to reinstall my 6.6.2 client but I can't find my installer file!

The links in this forum to download ANY version of the client fail after downloading only 10% of the file.

Can anyone point me to a place where I can download the 6.6.2 CLIENT installer?

I have the version 7 client installer but my server is version 6 and it works perfectly so I don't want to upgrade and the version 7 client won't connect to a version 6 server.

Thanks in advance for the help!!!

And it worked just fine. Downloaded all 54MB.

Thanks but I tried it using 2 different computers on 2 different internet connections and it always fails between 2 and 5 MB downloaded after taking a very long time to get that far.

I just grabbed it here, too, without too much trouble. The max download speed was only about 60 kilobytes per second, but it all came down.

A kind member here sent it to me. THANKS!

I tried downloading through my home internet connection. I tried downloading it through my work internet connection. I tried downloading it using my cell phone wifi hotspot. No luck with any of them.

Actually, this whole website loads extremely slow for me no matter where I try it.

Anyway, thanks again!

I agree about the website. It has been loading slowly for a month or so as far as I can remember. The download for 6.6.2 was very slow as well. But I just left it to download on my Online VM in chrome and came back the next day and ran the installer it downloaded. Never finished the install but the checksum SHA calculation in 7zip matches between the one I just downloaded and the one I downloaded in 2009 so I think it is a safe bet I got the whole file.

The [forum] website has been slow here for a week or two, not sure what has happened.
