"Enter" button problem

Since this morning there's a bug:
When pressing the "Enter" button on the main menu I sometimes get a response and other times not (using hd200 with Gemstone):
TV - no response
Videos - yes
Pictures - Yes
Music - Yes
Online - no
search - no
Setting - no

Also some internal menus are also not responding to "Enter" such as "detailed setup"... so I can't get to the settings menu.
Pressing the right arrow still works in some cases like when I press it on TV I get all recordings etc., but not in the detailed setup.

I tried two original remotes in addition to my Logitech harmony 700 and got the same results, so I can say this is not a remote problem.

So what can I do?

If nothing was changed then I would shut off the extender and restart the sage server and restart the extender.

If that does not work then some settings are messed up or it can't find the settings on your server for some reason.


If you can press Options from the remote try going into menu manager and load defaults.
