HD300 and sync problems, mostly on FX Network

Just posting to see if I'm the only who has this. It seems I'm often having issues with FX Network shows, like Sons of Anarchy and American Horror Story. These shows often have audio sync issues where it's just off to the video. But when I play the shows back on my PC, they seem fine.

It could be the HD-PVR 59.94 vs. 60 FPS sync issue raising it's head (as they were all recorded on that device). But the the sync problem is way more apparent on the HD300. Wondering if it's the extender not handling the variable frame rate as well.

Anyone else ever notice this?

I've had to correct audio sync issues with most of my HDPVR recordings, and yes, the delay or advance does vary by station.

I doubt the HD300 would have any impact on the audio/video timing, however a television/AVR can have an impact on audio/video sync, which wouldn't come into play when watched on a computer.

I should probably note that I use optical audio into the HDPVR, and 1080i exclusively.

I sometimes get a little of this with my HDPVRs, but it's very slight these days (running on the latest Hauppauge driver). I used to get very bad sync issues a few years ago (as well as the HDPVRs randomly stopping/starting recordings) but replacing the power supply fixed that.
