Getting pixels using Ceton 4 PCI

I'm getting some pixelation on any of the recording from the Ceton. I have a STB connected to an HDPVR and that's fine, no pixels.

So I got some extreme splitters to use and still pixels.

I have my cable coming in to a 2way splitter and one goign to the cable modem and the other going to a 3way unbalanced splitter with the -3.5 out going to the ceton and the -7 to my STB and the other capped with a terminator.

Could it be a firmware issue on the ceton?
