Can't update STV on HD200

Hi

I have an HD200 running STV 2012031001.

When I attempt to Update, it says that 2013010701 is available. I press Yes to update, appears to extract and install and a message is displayed to confirm the update.

Upon refresh I'm still running the old STV.

Any help appreciated.

Are you using the Playon plugin? If you are, that's the problem. The plugin has not been updated to the recent stv. If you disable the plugin, and reboot, you should see you have the latest stv installed. You can still access Playon though the "Online" menu with the plugin disabled.

Thanks for the reply. That was indeed the problem.

I'm having trouble streaming from Amazon via Playon into Sage. I was hoping that the STV update would solve the problem but it has not.

Somtime it works fine, but more often than not it fails to play.

Any ideas?

I don't have Amazon Prime so I haven't tried Amazon's streaming services. I would post in the Playon plugin thread for help. Good luck.
