Supported Imported videos

I tried to install a fresh copy of SageTV for a couple of reasons.
1. My SageTV folder grew to over 8GB, mostly all jpg files???
2. I couldn't get the tasageTVRemote to work. Maybe a corrupt plugin...

Now a lot of my imported videos are not being added.
It is not the seeker/video_library_import_filename_extensions= property as most of the videos are .mp4 videos.
I encode most of them using the same application and encode settings and some are detected. So I don't see it being a codec issue. All of the same codecs are still installed on the media server as I just uninstalled and reinstalled SageTV.

Does anyone have any idea where I should start troubleshooting this issue?

Seems they are showing up as Archived Recordings.
Still trying to figure out how to get them to show up in the Imported Videos section instead...
