balun and harmonic filtering

Anyone have suggestions on harmonic filtering. Here is my setup:

Xbox or Sage HD300 -- connect to snapAV cat 6 balun via hdmi, 70 ft. cat 6 run, balun, hdmi to Marantz receiver in rack room, hdmi out to snapAV cat 6 balun, 60 ft. cat 6 run to balun to Epson projector.

In general this works flawlessly and allows me to play Xbox on the project.

With my geothermal system I have a guess that the pumps are causing harmonic distortion and I am losing the signal on the projector or to the receiver.

Does anyone have experience with harmonic problems on baluns? I'm not sure If I should just get something for the rack (looking for suggestions) as that would cover the receiver and 2 baluns. I'm not sure if should also plan on a power filter for the projector and xbox baluns. Does anyone make a small 1 outlet 1 or 2 amp inline harmonic filter?
