Red face

Thank you. I was stuck at 4pm PST Feb 1st as well. Just gained four days of listings with one update.

I performed a forced update (edit sage.properties) last night and was unsuccessful in getting any updated data. However, based on comedian999's success this morning, I "tried again with a renewed vigor and enthusiasm not seen by many" (Black Flag song) this morning by editing the sage.properties file and got a successful update with data past Feb 1st. Andy, thanks for the continued fixes.

I have a related XMLTV issue- I removed my sources in setup (HDHR2) and now when adding them back, I try to choose a cable provider for my Zip code, and there is nothing returned! Any ideas?

I will confirm that I have no data up to February 2nd at midnight GMT. I live in -6 land, so it stops at 6 PM for me. Will edit the properties file in another day or so if the problem doesn't fix itself or there isn't a patch by then.

I started receiving No Data for some of my line up at 7PM last night. I have two ATSC tuners and two QAM. Last night the no data issue was just with some of the ATSC line up, NBC and CBS for example, however those stations from the QAM tuner still had data. Today those stations on the QAM turn has not data as well.

Are the instructions for Mac OSX the same as Windows? Edit the sage properties file?

I have data now out to Feb 5th. So, it appears to be working again, at least for a few of us.

I just fired up Sage and the guide now has data up until February 7th at 6 PM. Nearly 13 days into the future. If someone did something, thanks. I'll remain vigilant within the next couple weeks and report back if I have any more problems.

Even though the data seems to be downloaded, every night I still get the warning that my lineup (TWC Los Angeles) disappeared.

I think there is still some bug in the download that triggers the warning message. I am just concerned that at one point I may write off such warning but the data is not downloaded.

Anybody else getting the warning while the data is correctly downloaded?

Valerio

I attributed what you are describing as one of the EPG servers being down and producing the warning. But the next time I connect I get the other EPG server that is working so the data downloads. I have multiple lineups and they have the same channels in certain zones anyway. So I always have data from one of the lineups that fills in the holes.
