Playlist?
I've put all my DVDs onto the harddrive and can play them via Sage/Phoenix but I was wondering if there was a way to make a playlist or menu option that would just show a small subset... I am wanting to make one for my son's baby videos so i don't have to scroll through the entire list to get to them

You can pretty much do anything you want using the VFS (virtual filesystem) xml... but the downside is that you'd need to manually create/edit xml files (at least for phoenix.... in Gemstone, they have a simpler way to build views.)
The VFS supports Sage Playlists... but I'm not sure we have "Add to Playlist" functions in Phoenix (at least I've never used them). But if you were to create a playlist then you can browse the playlists and play them from the View browser. And if you wanted to create an xml vfs entry, then you could create a new view, that bookmarks a specific playlist and then exposes that as a separate view. Again, there is lots you can do... but all of it requires some knowledge of the underlying vfs xml files.
