how does one get their license key?

I upgraded to windows 8 from xp and have almost gotten everything back up and running (still dealing with IR blaster issues for the HD PVR) but I can't for the life of me find my original license key. I have the upgrade key to sage 7 and it won't accept that. I tried e-mailing sage support over a week ago and haven't gotten a response. For those that have upgraded in the past, how do you get your license key? Or is there a way to copy something from the old sage install to take care of it? I added a new SSD in the upgrade process and I have access to my entire prior Sage installation. Thanks in advance for the help.

Use the official support link. They will send you your key as long as you use the same email address as when you purchased it.

I have the same issue and wrote them using the link. Never heard back (unless the reply was swallowed by our corporate firewall).

Just wrote again... hoping he is still monitoring the e-mail address....
