HDHR Dying - Is HDHR Prime any differnt for OTA other then 3rd tuner
I have had a HDHR for a few years. I am starting to see issues when watching two shows at same time. I am starting to think it is an issue with the hdhr.
I was thinking about replacing it.. If I went with the prime(but only usa for OTA) are there any real changes I need to make to sage other then remove and add the new tuner. Is it correct that I dont need any special plug-ins to use the Prime verision?

I don't believe the prime does over the air only cable card and QAM. If you are having problems with HDHR check the signal strength. I was having problems and the signal strength was showing low. Turns out all I needed to do was get a new power supply and everything was fine again.

If you are having HDHR trouble check the power supply. Mine crapped out and was an easy swap to get it working again.
