Cool PlayOn feature lost when using Gemstone :(

Hey Guys!

Previously, when using PlayOn, I could start a show and just go work in the garage or something, come back, and the screen would be back to the screen where you select the actual show (played to end then stopped and back to previous menu). From there, I could just keep hitting the LEFT select button on the remote and go all the way back to the main menu then hit LEFT one more time and I'd be back at the PlayOn show I just played. From here I could hit either the "record" button and save the show to watch later or watch it right then with the ability to fast forward at my leisure

I just last night tried doing the above with a show I was watching using PlayOn and I got to the main menu, hit the LEFT select remote button again and NOTHING. Oh no! LOL! I tried it again with a short 1 minute clip and nothing again. I reverted back (exited Gemstone), tried it again, and it worked. So, something in Gemstone is preventing the ability to go back into the PlayOn recording like you used to be able to do.

Would it be at all possible for you guys to look at this and maybe stick that nice little feature back in? It would be especially nice because, for some reason, the last couple shows I watched the last 5 or 10 minutes are just BLACK and then I have to rewatch them. I don't want to watch the entire first part I've seen so I'll restart the show then want to come back and be able to fast forward to the part that didn't come through the previous time

Go into widget manager and change the action key for live widgets to Watched and the Left key will work again.

You might also take a look at the Podcast Recorder. It allows you to download playon stuff so that it can be imported and watched at your leisure. You can queue up multiple downloads or even set up 'favorites'.

I use this fairly often -- I most recently used it to download a dozen or so episodes of 'Once Upon a Time' from Netflix. It works fine in Gemstone -- or at least it works as well as it does with the default STV. (It's not 100% bug free, but mostly works.)
