Errant files with multiple tuners

2 X Roslyn Sage 2.0 mlbdude 1.6 I'm noticing a lot of orphaned files in my video directory, that aren't listed in the "Recordings" database. I'm assuming that one of my capture cards isn't getting it's info in, since half the recording have info, half don't. Anyone else experience this? I did a search, just saw a lot of errant file/epg info, but nothing regarding multiple pvr cards. TIA
