No sound on 2nd card

cable in - Roslyn card
cable in - Roslyn card
video out - ATI 9800 Pro
audio out - integrated 5.1 SoundMAX

After installing 2 Roslyn cards w/ the 88xx drivers, both cards seemed to be working. I can get video on both; however, one card does not play audio, or record audio.

Suggestions?

Since the cards have nothing to do with playing audio it seems like the problem is no sound recorded with one of the cards. Have you tried playing the video with something like WMP to see if it generates audio? Have checked the cable in to the Roslyn to insure it is properly seated?

1. I have switched cables between the working card & the non-working card. I have put an entirely different cable on the non-working card.

2. I have played files from the working & non-working card on a seperate pc w/ the same results using both WinDVD and WMP.

So far the same thing. One card records & displays video & audio. The other card only records & displays video.

Help!
