3DFusion DVD Hardware decoder

Has anyone tried this? It uses the MPact2 chip.

I'd like to set up a Win98 client with this card as the MPEG-2 decoder. It seems to have WDM drivers, but I'm curious if it would work or not for playback using it's hardware decoding capabilities.
