Replace HD300 with client (Best Hardware?)

I have a HD300 that is going out. It will not come back up without unplugging it. Light comes on, but it won't work without unplugging.

I have an extra client license and was looking for a small footprint pc for cheap that will work. I currently run Sage 7.1.9.256 on a home server and use quite a few pluggins to run what my family likes to watch.

Broadcast (six tuners)
Upcoming movies2 ( to look at what,s available on broadcast)
Movie showtimes
Movie Trailers
Ortus Trailers (Daughter loves watching trailers)
Playon ( to add content to SageTV)
Podcast recorder
And others to enhance the look and feel.

I list these to give an indication of what a client would have to handle outside the server and additional stuff going on.

Any suggestions for a small footprint pc? Does not need optical drive, just hookup to ethernet and hookups for either HDMI or DVI/ Component as I have spots for either in house.
