Pheonix plugin backup copy

Is ther any way to download a backup copy of Pheonix ui and associated plugins? The reason I ask is because I figure some day the sage repository may be removed and If I need to reinstall sagetv and can't install pheonix through the plugin manager in sage, I would like to be able ti install it manually as an STV replacement. The files I would like a backup for would be pheonix ui, sjqv4, mc2xml program guide data plugin and also the license plugin so I can use multiple program guide lineups. I have used the groovy script (plugindownloadscript) to download some of the plugins, but most of the ones I would need if I had to do a clean install of OS then sagetv are missing.

If I did have to reinstall the operating system , would copying a complete backup of the sagetv folder under program files allow sage to work properly? or does sage make registry and documents and settings entries?

I think that some other devs (non phoenix) were working on a back sagetv repository. But either case, you can probably just make a backup of your sagetv home directory and use that as a last resort.
