Nforce MB suggestions for HTPC

Anyone have any suggestions for an NForce2/3 based mini-atx MB to use with Sage?

My HTPC was using a Biostar Nforce2 board (the first Nforce2 board to his the market) which I was very happy with (since it has some nice audio options, and the video quality is pretty good, without needing to add cards in a cramped mini ATX box) A while ago, the MB crapped out, and I'm not so fond of Biostar but I like the chipset!

Suggestions?

I'll second the recommendation for a Shuttle MN31N. I have one in an Antec Aria for a client, and it's nice, stable and quiet. Client's not working 100%, but I'm pretty sure it's not the motherboard's fault. It's one of only a few if you want the super MCP-T southbridge.

I have a Biostar M7NCG 400 and really love it. I've used up all but 1 of the pci slots and I'm going to throw in a PVR-350 as soon as I can.

I tried a Chaintech first but had a bunch of problems with it. This one has been running great since installed (over 6 months)

I've never had any crashes, or lockup, or any issues at all with Sage and my other hardware and software.

I'm running 2 MN31N and couldn't be happier. Especially since it supports SP/DIF out to my amp. Very stable board and small footprint. Can't go wrong...
