Write a script against the sagex remote APIs. You can write it in perl, groovy, javascript, python, <insert fav scripting language here>, etc. Just install the sagex remote services plugin and then that gives you access to the Sage APIs via HTTP. If using Groovy/Java then you can also access them via RMI.
