Any way to throttle CPU usage?

Good afternoon,

I was just wondering if there is any way to throttle the max amount of CPU usage the plugin will use when downloading data and importing it into the SageTV guide. When this occurs, my video tends to drop a frame or two every minute or so (it's still very watchable, but noticable).

Just wondering if you had any ideas, or if there was a way in Sage itself to set it to grab the data later on in the evening (it seems to like 8:30pm right now )

Thanks!

Don't know about the rest of it, but you can easily change the EPG update time by forcing one to occur at the new time you want it to update in the future. At your preferred update time, go to Setup -> Channel Setup & then toggle a channel on/off twice so that it returns to its previous setting. Select "Done with Channel Setup" and the guide will update. It will then auto-update again 24 hours later.
