HD200 vs HD300 reliability

which is more reliable - not feature wise, although HD playback is a must - between the HD200 and HD300? There seem to be more threads about the HD300, but is that due to a larger install-base as opposed to reliability and functional hang-ups?

I've got one HD200, and it has been a complete solid rock. never experienced an HD300...
the only thing I wish the HD200 had was a remote that could turn on/off my tv.

I wish I could turn off the HD200 when not in use - make it live longer, you know?

I've got 3 100s, 1 200 and 1 300 and I think the 300 is the nicest unit feature wise, but I believe the 200 is actually a little more stable.

I haven't noticed a big difference in stability between my HD200s and my HD300s. Both are great devices.

I will say that the HD300 gets warmer but that is understandable considering how small it is.

You can get one of those new power strips that powers off slave devices when a master device powers off.

Hi Personlt, I'm curious do you see the same problem we are in this thread:

http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56277

There are several people who can get the HD200 to get into a state where it requires to be unplugged or rebooted remote from a telnet session. I'm guessing it wont happen for people that dont use sageTV for a wide variety of media files; particularly media files that have been downloaded/corrupted.
