Belgian beer? Then you need to take your new-found wealth, get on a plane and go to this place:

http://www.belgo-restaurants.co.uk/

London / Soho / a stainless-steel elevator takes you one floor down and you emerge in a room of wait-staff dressed as monks, serving mussels and 80, yes 80 different kinds of Belgian beer on the menu.
And it's not that expensive (not that that matters to you anymore...lol)
enjoy, and tell us how you liked it when you return.

For a PM with the 411 on your Sagoogle plans I'll custom brew you a batch of an awesome Trappist ale and deliver to you personally

I'll promise to keep my mouth shut and I'll even brew a second batch for your new Google boss to help convince him/her it's OK

Or, if you prefer, I brew a wonderful Barley wine with a nice malty flavor, hints of chocolate, dark like a dopplebock and slightly sweet not bitter. At about 18% ABV just one glass will bring on the warm and fuzzies

Nothing better than pommes frites and Belgian beer. Not only is Belgium famous for its beer, but also its frites. Of course, my French colleagues claim theirs are better, but we know that isn't true. The joke around here is that the pommes frites are the only thing keeping Belgium together as a country.

This video sums up how screwed up it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ceg6NQKHd70

I drank a Budweiser yesterday and it was so much weaker than I remember. I haven't had it since right after I graduated from high school. My beer taste consisted of keystone, shiner bock...oh wait that's it. It was awful last time I had it. This time it tasted (what little taste there was) like old water. I think the next thing I'm going to try is one of the Trappist brews since you guys talk so much about them.

Milwaukee's Best (The Beast) got me through college, and likely took a few years off in the process.

Oh man. That stuff is brutal. I'd rather drink Natural Light. My buddy used to get the beast so people wouldn't ask him if they could have a beer at parties. Good plan.

I was more of a falstaff guy - loved the puzzles under the caps. One college buddy made a chair and ottoman out of the yellow falstaff cases. Ah yes, those were the days.

maybe Narflex could open a Belgo franchise in SoCal with his profits - that would ease the Sage-death pain

Hah! I've actually been there! That place ROCKS! Back when I worked at FasTV.com in the 1999-2000 timeframe, they sent me to Wimbledon since they were involved in doing the video streaming and I wrote the software that managed all their video asset transfers (so my software was responsible for getting all the video from Wimbledon to the USA). I spent a couple months over there and went to that restaurant probably 3 or 4 times (we also did the British Open which is why I was there for so long). Definitely a great place (unfortunately back then I really didn't know my way around Belgian beers like I do now....I would like to go there again some day). But I thought they had more than 80 beers...I seem to recall a four page foldout menu that had probably hundreds of beers.

And of course

(and no, not every post I make will contain valuable information....I do like to just interact with the community like a regular person sometimes)

That all sounds fabulous....but how about some kind of deal that doesn't involve me violating NDAs in place with my new employer?

Those kind of above the board deals usually don't involve beer...

Hmm ... What if we form an LLC with interest in buying many, many SageTV products? Can we then sign an NDA and get informed ...

Just sayin' ...

Enough about beer and NDA's. I demand answers to more important questions. Like how come everyone directly involved with sage seems to have a cat in their forum avatar ?
