Help! No video showing anymore!

My SageTv 7 suddenly does not have a picture, both on the HD300 and RDP. It was working fine for about 6 months. I thought it might be a Java problem because I had updated it, but I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest java without a problem.

The UI comes up fine, and shows me the guide and all of the recordings. But when I play them, the screen is just black. The bar at the bottom shows I can FF and rewind, but if I let it go for a few seconds, it jumps back to the beginning, and the screen is black the entire time. This also happens for movies in the library, not just TV shows. Doesn't play using the HD300 in media player mode either.

When I go the recorded TV directory on the shared folders, WMP plays the recordings just fine.

Any ideas where to start?! (WHS and HD300 SageTV&.)

Update: No video content of any type plays. When I go to youtube, I can see the thumbnails, but when I play the video, it is just black.

Update #2: The SageTv add-in somehow disappeared off the WHS console. I re-installed, but no luck on solving the problem.
