I can't wait to hear how your builds progress Tom! Awesome work even if it's VERY CRUDE. I can't test it but I'm definitely awaiting responses from testing.

Well, my wife can watch the episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful that were preempted by the Casey Anthony trial (without having to go to Hulu) so it's a hit in my house

Cool! So far I am 10/10 on what I have tried to play. Big Brother in German is even more annoying than the US version .

Are you running on a SageClient or extender? I've noticed some videos play on the SageClient but not the extender and I'm trying to figure out why.

Tom
If anyone is wondering where the install directory is like I, it is located in a path similar to this C:\Program Files (x86)\SageTV\SageTV\

I now have Navi-X installed and about to test.

Thanks for all your work Tom!

Navi-X is installed but I do not see the Navi-X listed on the main menu or in the Online Menu. I have PlayOn and it shows on the main menu.

Where should it be located?

It should appear in the Online section.

What version of Sage are you running?
Did the install complet successfully?
In the Sage install directory do you see a NaviX directory and an rtmpdump directory?

I am running Version 7.19
Install completed successfully.
Both NaviX and rtmpdump directories did get created.

Under Online Services I have the standard options plus Hulu, PlayOn, and Netflix.

I stopped and restarted sagetv service and still nothing.

Double-check and make sure the plugin is actually enabled.

If this supports HD video I'll be checking this out soon. Nice to see continued development these days...

Very strange. I see you are running the Sage service, are you running UI on the same machine? What OS?

If you look in the SageTV7 directory do you see a file called NaviX-STVi.stvi? (Or something close to that.)

If you can't get it to work please do the following:

- Make sure sage debugging is enabled.
- Uninstall the plugin
- Reinstall the plugin and attach the log to a post.

That will give me a trace showing what's going on with the plugin installation.

Since you're testing you might want to test with the Default SageTV 7 interface and make suere not to use any plugins that modify the Main Menu. I haven't got a chance to test this yet but I know other people have it working.

I am running windows 7 64bit. I tested the UI on the server and with Placeshifter.

NaviX-STVi.stvi is located in the SageTV7 directory.

I will work on getting you a log.

Issue Resolved!

I uninstalled Playon and NaviX. I then Reinstalled Navi-X. It still did not show up under online services. Then I figured out the problem.

If you arrow down to Online in the main menu and select OK you will not see Navi-X. It only shows up in the sub-menu, therefore, when you arrow down to Online you then need to arrow to the right to see Navi-X.

Sorry for all the drama.

I have this app on my boxee box and it works quite well. I am looking forward to testing. The only problem I have is my customers keep calling. I don't think they understand the importance of me testing Navi-X on SageTV.
