SageTV Client - Java Exception
Before I open a ticket I thought maybe someone has experienced this.
I'm running Server 7.1.7.254 on Windows 7 I installed SageTV client 7.0.23 (with license) on Windows XP Professional I have Java 1.6.025 installed on the client. When starting the client First, the server isn't discovered so I enter the IP address. After quite a while, I get a Java Null Pointer exception when starting client I turned off the firewall on the client and opened the correct ports on the server I have server enabled on the server Thoughts? Edit - After creating this it dawned on my that I was using different version on the client and server. I downloaded the beta client and it works fine - lesson learned (again) Last edited by davidjames; 06-05-2011 at 09:48 AM.
