BMT shows fanart, but nothing in Diamond?

I browsed thru the BMT web pages and made sure that all my videos & movies had metadata and fanart, but when I go into something like List Flow or Cover Flow, there's nothing shown graphically. The metadata appears to be there for descriptions and actors and such, but nothing showing for the fanart?

I tried this on my STV Server and on an HD300 that's hooked-up. Neither shows the fanart. Is there a serious delay between when the data is downloaded and when it becomes available to Diamond screens?

did you try clearing the diamond cache? I am guessing you got the fanart working after diamond already cached.

yes, I got the fanart all sorted after I installed Diamond, which prompted me to clear out its cache and I let it do that.

So then, I installed Diamond, fixed/updated metadata/fanart, and now nothing displayed.

Are you suggesting that I need to clear the diamond cache again? (If so, can you tell me where that option is displayed?)

EDIT: OK, I went in and did a "Delete all Cached Fanart" and that re-cached a bunch of stuff, but still when I go to "List Flow" (for example), a lot of the movies do not show art or graphics at all (and I know they are fetched and showing in BMT). So it seems "better", but not "right".

Apparently you need to go in and scan for fanart manually then clear all like you did before. I am having the same problem as you but I just did a total system reinstall and noticed the problems after getting all set up again. An found that the only ones that worked after recaching the fanart were the shows I was using to see if any fanart was available.

i must have been wrong before as now when i check listings that once had fanart now have none and vice-versa. i cannot explain what is going on here

Are you talking TV or Movie fanart? Or both?

Sometimes after a delete and recache I have to restart my client to see all the changes, worth a try if you haven't.
