Can I use 2 audio outputs on an HD200
I have the HDMI going directly to my tv. Now I would like to also output the digital port to a receiver and output the audio at the same time.
Is it possible? Thanks

Yes I think it works, at least I do this on an HD-300 - but I have not tried this on any of my HD-200s. A few years ago I bought a Yamaha AVR that has two HDMI inputs - quite bizarrely the HDMI will only passthrough the sound to your TV - it won't actually play the sound through the audio path of the AVR. Therefore I had to use the optical out on the HD-300 for audio but I am using the HDMI for video.
