can anyone suggest a good ATA IDE PCI card

I am not looking for anything expensive
no raid no SATA no four channel and up
just need a two channel so I can add one more harddrive and no have to go down to just a DVD drive

currently DVD, CD RW, 250 GB, 80 GB, ordered DVD burner, and want the 120 GB from circuit city
I will need just two IDE connections

any suggestions

also this is all running on a 250 watt power supply
will this survive?

promise or highpoint have some

some retail hdd's come with ide controllers, wd's 250 does im sure, they run anywhere from 20 to 50 bucks..
